I've been going here for years. They make great burritos, nachos, and more. I live on the other end of the city now but I still take time to go here for some great food.

One of my favorite hole-in-the-wall places in St. Johns. Really good tacos and Burritos and usually a pretty short wait. Very affordable.
Seriously, this place is the best. You can get lengua and/or tripe daily, and they have menudo on Friday and Saturday. I've been coming since 2005 and have always thought it was amazing

Out on my recumbent bike... i got hungry and found this place. Nice people running it. Food was decent. Met a guy inside from Whittier, CA.... that made me laugh. I often ride the bike trail in his town. Anyway, I like that this place is open late (closes at 10)... this could be a routine stop for me!
Doesn't look like much and if you didn't know it was there you would probably miss it, if you weren't walking by it but definitely the best hole in the wall taco shop in St. John's! Foods always fresh an amazing decent price for the amount of food your going to get. An for some one like me who lives a block away and doesn't want to eat burritos asada fries or nachos ever day not that I would mind lol but they all so have amazing hamburgers French fries hell they even have a French dip that's pretty dang good!!! Staff is always nice an helpful! And it's pretty damn clean all around
We just moved to Portland from LA and have been on the hunt for Mexican food that tastes like home. While most places have been good, none of them have had the same taste or qualities we loved so much in SoCal. That is until today, when we ordered Super Burrito on a whim. When trying new places I always like to get a variety, so we ordered a few burritos, pastor nachos, crunchy tacos, taquitos, and a quesadilla. The pastor nachos were tasty and filled with toppings, the super burrito was delicious with the steak picado and chile relleno (made in the exact same style as my fave place in LA), taquitos swimming in avocado salsa like back home, and super tasty crunchy tacos. The quesadilla was stuffed full of meat and was delicious as well. Also, the salsas! We've been having such a hard time finding spicy yet flavorful salsas here, but the habanero salsa did not disappoint. This place isn't like the other Portland Mexican restaurants we've tried, which may be why the ratings are low. But this place hits just like the authentic stuff we enjoyed in LA, so if that's what you're on the hunt for you've found your place.
